Edamame, asparagus and pea risotto


Risotto originates in Northern Italy consisting of rice cooked in broth until creamy. We have loaded this with lemon and lots of green vegetables beans and herbs, including asparagus, spinach, peas and basil. Vegetarian Parmesan-style cheese is offered on the side. Please note, this dish is suitable for vegetarian, plant-based and gluten-free diets.
